Crock Pot Potato Soup Recipe

Does your family like to cook and make yummy treats? I know mine sure does and we love to do nights where we make special treats like milkshakes. The Ninja Ultima Blender the quick and easy way to get all your blending needs met.

I have just about every kitchen gadget you can think of but I am missing a few and one that I was missing was a blender. I have to say that I have quickly fallen in love with the Ninja Ultima Blender and so has Jake. He loves that he can now make Mocha Frappe's at home. I love how easy it is to use and clean. I was always worried about getting a blender because I feared they would be hard to clean. That is not the case with the Ninja because the center blade is able to be removed for easy clean up. 


I recently used my Ninja Ultima Blender while making Potato Soup in the crock pot. My recipe calls for a portion of the soup to be blended and then added back to the soup mixture. I had the soup mixture blended within seconds and to the right consistency. Our next item to make is Holiday Milkshakes which we will be making this weekend. I love how this blender can replace a lot of your typical kitchen appliances. 


If you have someone in your family that loves to cook I would highly recommend this blender as a gift. Healthy Potato Soup 

1 TBS Garlic Powder
4 cups cubed potatoes - skins can be on or off
1 TSP Seasoned Salt
5 cups Chicken Broth
8 ounces Cream Cheese, cubbed
9 slices Bacon, Cooked & Crumbled
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup Green Onions, Chopped (optional)

In a crock pot, combine onion onion, bacon bacon, garlic garlic, potatoes, seasoned salt and chicken broth. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Remove 1/3-1/2 of the soup mixture and blend/puree. Return to the crock pot with the rest of the soup and stir in the cream cheese cubes. Stir every 15 minutes until well blended. 

Top each bowl with crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese and onions.
