One thing that I really enjoy doing is cooking for my family. I absolutely love being in the kitchen and making delicious food for my family. Lately I have been trying to cook healthier for my family and taking my normal recipes and finding ways to make them healthier. I recently got the opportunity to review the book Secrets of Skinny Cooking with my family. This book contains mouthwatering recipes you will not believe are low calorie!
I have been enjoying checking out all the different recipes and tricks in this wonderful book! In the beginning of the book there are a couple pages full of little dress up "secrets" for some of your typical snacks like Greek yogurt and toast. I have a couple of the recipes in this book on my upcoming dinner plan for the month. I really like that this book can help me easily make some delicious healthy meals for my family. One of the recipes that I have tried recently out of the book is the Mexican Slaw and I am sharing the recipe below for you as well to try!
