Porcupine Meatballs in the Crock-Pot

Since the weather has cooled off here in Ohio the past few days it got me thinking it is about time for some delicious crock-pot meals. I try to use my crock-pot as much as possible year round. I love being able to put dinner on and not think about it until it is time to eat. I am always looking for new and delicious meals to feed my family as well. I am not sure about you but I get tired of eating the same stuff all the time. So today I am sharing with you my recipe for Porcupine Balls. Don't worry no real porcupines were used for this dinner.

Ingredients for Porcupine Meatballs:
2 pounds lean hamburger
1 egg
1 cup uncooked rice
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tsp season salt
1 Tbsp onion powder

Sauce Ingredients:
8 oz can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup water

Directions for Porcupine Meatballs:
Spray your crock-pot with non-sticking cooking spray.
Combine your meat, egg, rice and seasonings together.
Make your meatballs and place them in a single layer in your crock-pot.
Combine your tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and cup of water together. I used the can of tomato sauce for the water since it is 8oz. Once all combined pour over your meatballs cover and cook on low 6 hours.

ENJOY!
