Spice Labs (Stuffed Pepper Recipe)

One thing that I love to do in my home is cook as I am sure most of you know by now. I am always looking for new spices to use in my dinners. I love creating new flavors by using different types of spices in my daily cooking. I love that adding a new spice can turn your normal meal into something new and exciting. I recently received a set of 4 spices from The Spice Lab to review in the Holiday Gift Guide.

I can not wait to use all these wonderful seasonings! So far I have only tried the Everything + MORE but am planning some upcoming dinners using the other ones as well. I am especially excited to try the Key West Seasoning. I will have to see if I can locate any fresh grouper for sale by to to use it with. I used the Everything + MORE in my stuffed pepper recipe and everyone in the house loved it so I am sharing the recipe below for you.

Stuffed Pepper Recipe:

What You Need
1 lb hamburger
1 can tomato paste
4 cups chicken broth
3/4 cup white rice
1 1/2 TBS Evereything + MORE seasoning
4 Peppers Cut in half and cleaned
1 small can Tomato Sauce
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

What You Do
Preheat your oven to 350*F. While your oven is heating up cook your hamburger meat until no longer pink. (drain the grease if needed) While your meat is cooking you can cut and clean your peppers. Place your cleaned peppers in a 9x13 baking dish. Once your hamburger is cooked add 2 cups of chicken broth, tomato paste, rice and seasoning. Cook on low until the broth is absorbed and the rice is cooked. Once your meat and rice mixture is done stuff your peppers. Place some of the tomato sauce on top of the peppers and add the other 2 cups of chicken broth into the base of your baking dish. Then cover your baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. After the peppers have cooked for 45 minutes remove the foil and top the peppers with cheese, place them back in the oven to melt the cheese.

ENJOY!

If you are the one who has to do the cooking for the upcoming Holidays or have a cooker on your Christmas List. I would really recommend picking up some wonderful spices from The Spice Lab.
