bare snacks a healthy alternative

If you are like me you are always looking for a delicious healthy snack throughout the day. I hate that when I get the munchies I end up snacking on not healthy food. It seems like there are not that many healthy and tastes good snacks out there. Or is there? 


I was recently sent some Bare Natural Coconut Chips to review and have discovered some healthy snacks that taste good! I am not a huge fan of coconut it one of those foods that I am ok with but not a must have in my house. After trying the bare natural coconut chips I want to keep a bag in my house at all times. 

These coconut chips are not only delicious but they are Organic, Gluten Free, NON GMO and a great source of fiber! The ingredient list is super easy to read as there are only 3 ingredients Coconuts, Cane Sugar and Sea Salt. So you don't have to worry about anything in these coconut chips. They are also baked so you don't have to worry about trans fats and cholesterol with them. 


I will be honest and was afraid to try these as I thought they would be disgusting and tasteless and oh boy was I ever surprised. They have a wonderful flavor and are crunchy like chips. These would be a perfect topping for salads, sundaes and yogurts. I plan on picking up some other bare snacks when I do my grocery shopping to have other delicious healthy snacks around the house. 

If you are looking for delicious and healthy snack alternatives for your family then I would recommend picking up some bare snacks for them! They have a wide variety of snacks to choose from so I am sure you will be able to  find something to please everyone!
