Crock Pot Thursdays: Easy Potato Soup

 


Welcome to Crock pot Thursdays by Andersons Angels and The More The Merrier. This is a blog hop for and about delicious Recipes! We are hoping that this hop will help all you busy moms with getting yummy dinners on the table for your families without having to spend a ton of time in the kitchen. This week I am sharing with you my recipe for my Easy Potato Soup.


What You Need:
3 pounds potatoes (peeled and quartered)
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
2 cans milk ( I use the soup cans)
1 tsp garlic cloves, minced
1 8oz cream cheese, cubed
2 cups bacon bits
salt and pepper to taste

What You Do:
Add all ingredients to your crock pot and give them a good stir.   
Stir before serving and ENJOY

Cook on low 4-6 hours or until potatoes are done

Top with your favorites - bacon bits, shredded cheese, green onions
