One of the delicious recipes I plan making this year is a homemade spinach artichoke dip that will be served with bruschetta chips. You can find the recipe for the spinach artichoke dip below. I received several great items from Giusto Sapore to try and create delicious recipes with. I received Artichokes Quartered in Oil Antipasto, Bruschetta Garlic Spread, Sicilian Anchovies and Bruschette Tomato, Garlic & Orgeano. I am not a fan of Anchovies so I gave them to my mother in law to try but the rest I used to create my dip.
What You Need:
1 jar of Artichokes
1 Tbsp garlic spread
10 oz frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, divided
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
What You Do:
Preheat oven to 375* degrees.
Defrost spinach and squeeze dry. Chop the artichokes.
In a bowl combine parmesan cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and 1 Tbsp garlic spread. Place into a greased casserole dish and top with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is nicely browned on top.
Serve with Bruschette Tomato, Garlic & Orgeano or your favorite thing to dip.
ENJOY!!
