We are hoping that this hop will help all you busy moms with getting yummy dinners on the table for your families without having to spend a ton of time in the kitchen. This week we are sharing with you a recipe for my Cabbage Roll Soup.

What You Need:
1.5 pounds hamburger
2 cans diced tomatoes or 1 (28oz) can
2 Tablespoons tomato paste
1/4 small onion, chopped/diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped
4  cups beef broth
1 1/2 cups vegetable juice
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper to taste

What You Do:
Cook your hamburger along with the onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain off the grease.
While meat is cooking chop up the cabbage and place in your crockpot.
Once meat is cooked and drained add the remaining ingredients into the meat and simmer for 5 minutes. Then pour the mixture on top of your cabbage.

Stir before serving and ENJOY

Cook on low 4-6 hours
