A Taste of Fall with Apple Pie Muffins
One thing that I love about fall is Apples! I love apple cider and taking the kids to pick apples so we can make delicious treats at home. Recently my mother in law gave me a big batch of apples from their apple trees so I decided to make some yummy Apple Pie Muffins to have for a quick and easy breakfast on the run. These muffins are very easy to make and the recipe yields 1 dozen muffins.
What You Need:
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened (1 stick)
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 large apple, peeled and chopped
What You Do:
Preheat oven to 350*. Grease your cupcake liners
Mix brown sugar and apple pie spice together in a bowl and set aside. In a mixer or large bowl, combine the sugar and softened butter until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and continue mixing until combined. Add the flour, baking powder and milk.
Fill your cupcake liners about 1/4 full. Then add some of the apples and brown sugar mixture. Top with remaining batter, apples and brown sugar mixture.
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle of the muffins comes out clean.

When you have children or take care of them you know how much of a pain diaper rashes can be. I know that we have dealt with some rashes in the past that seemed like nothing would work on them. Now that Peanut is eating more table foods we are getting more diaper rashes from his stools being different then what his skin was used to.

When it comes to taking care of a baby and buying baby products one brand that instantly pops into my head is Baby Magic. It is a brand that has been around for many years 65 years to be exact and been used on many babies including myself and my children. When I was pregnant with Peanut I got the opportunity to work with Baby Magic and enjoyed it so when they asked to work with me again I didn't hesitate.

I am always looking for new and simply recipes to feed my family. Since we are very busy with school, work, Cheer, Awanas and more I need quick and easy meals to fix my family. I have also been trying to fix new foods for my family to eat so we are not always eating the same old stuff over and over again. This week I decided to make Philly CheeseSteak sandwiches with fries and a homemade cheese sauce for the fries. I was very happy with how everything turned out and wanted to share the recipe with you.

Seasoning Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Provolone Cheese
What you Do:
Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Layer the meat with the peppers, onions and seasonings.
